To work in the liquor, hospitality and tourism industries and to serve alcohol in a pub, club, hotel, restaurant, or bottle shop, you need to have completed a certified course in the ‘Responsible Service of Alcohol’.
This LITS CD-ROM based course is approved by Liquor Licensing Victoria and gives participants a solid understanding of the law, their responsibilities as servers and the responsibilities of the venue.
On successful completion of the course and online assessment, participants will receive a William Angliss Institute of TAFE certificate within 2 working weeks. As an added service to assist you, if you or your employer requires a “Statement of Results” during this 2 week RSA certification waiting period, to verify successful completion of the course, we will arrange for this to be provided by our e-learning administrator.
This self-paced CD-ROM based course can be completed anytime and anywhere you have access to a computer with a CD-ROM drive. There is no need to wait to start your Victoria accredited RSA training. Enrolments are taken by LITS online 24/7 and your CD-ROM will be mailed to you the next working day.
Complete the CD-ROM at your own pace, in your own time, in your own home or office, confident in the knowledge expert advice and assistance is available from our e-learning administrator. The course is highly interactive containing animations, video clips and an online assessment.
For larger groups wishing to train their employees, administrator access can be provided to allow employees to be added and assessments assigned. A completely searchable database with full reporting capabilities and company branding, is also provided by negotiation.

Upon registering for this RSA course a CD-ROM containing relevant learning materials will be posted to you. You will also receive an email, with a User ID and Password, from our e-learning administrator, so you can complete the online assessment. We recommend that you wait until the CD-ROM arrives so the learning materials can be thoroughly covered before you take the online assessment.
