The Responsible Gaming Services Online Course has been designed by gambling industry professionals so that participants are able to develop the skills and knowledge required to detect and if necessary assist a problem gambler. This ensures the necessary steps are taken and information is provided to assist with the professional treatment of gaming addictions. This course also covers legislative requirements for the application of responsible gaming initiatives as well as under-age gambling concerns and third party involvement.

RGS involves the successful completion of the unit: Provide Responsible Gaming Services THHADG03B as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations - THH21802 and is Nationally Recognised under the Australian Quality Training Framework

Assessment & completion standard
Identify & assist potential problem gamblers / provide assistance to family & friends / voluntary self exclusion of problem gamblers (Online - both Theory & Written)

Upon successful completion of this course participants receive a Statement of Attainment for “Provide Responsible Gaming Services” THHADG03B as part of Certificate II in Hospitality Operations.
