Responsible Service of Alcohol Training Program!
Liquor Industry Training Services (LITS) is approved to deliver the Queensland Liquor Licensing Division's (LLD) new mandatory Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training program. We can deliver the LLD approved RSA training program anywhere in the Brisbane or Gold Coast areas, at our training venue, your workplace or any venue that suites you best.
We have LLD accredited RSA trainers to deliver RSA workshops throughout the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. We are widely regarded as one of the best, most experienced providers of RSA training throughout Queensland and we now specialise in “on-site” delivery.
Our “per person” rates are amongst Queensland’s most competitive at $95.00 (which includes all venue hire charges, equipment fees, RSA certification expenses, handouts, and refreshments). The LLD approved RSA course takes 4-5 hours.
The LLD RSA training program is mandatory for staff of licensed premises in the Brisbane City Council area that operate after 1am, if they have not completed an RSA certificate in the three years prior to the start date of the mandatory requirement which was the 1 March 2006. Once the three years on their last RSA certificate expires, they are required to complete the accredited LLD RSA program to meet the mandatory qualification. Staff of licensed premises will include crowd controllers, bar attendants, glass collectors, hosts and hostesses, managers, nominees and licensees. Staff of these premises will have 30 days to complete the compulsory training.
Businesses or corporate clients wishing to arrange RSA workshops for their staff and at your workplace will be offered our special corporate rates. These rates are significantly less than "per person" rates and can save you significantly. We will offer business and corporate clients (minimum number of 12 to a maximum number of 20 students) a special introductory rate of $600.00 per 4 hour RSA training and assessment session. These group RSA training sessions are conducted at your workplace or nominated venue at a time to suit your operational requirements. For all corporate and business RSA group training sessions a further charge of $15.00 per participant for handouts and RSA certification is payable.
